Technically, that looks more like Symbiote Spider-Man (Peter Parker) or Sinister Spider-Man (Mac Gargan/Venom III) on a really bad day (Parker) or about to seriously and literally rip into somebody (Gargan). All the same, it is a pretty good piece of art, and I'm guessing you used watercolors for it, which is pretty cool. Not bad.
