oh gods....a chara i made for for our trade,

geeze i hope you like him ;u;! cuz i spent a week trying to figure something unique out for you i changed his design ten times xD;; including two feral forms >3> but i think this one is best :3

He is a red panda, dragon, government sensor system(aka a conspiracy) .../bricked for imagination
you can change whatever he is xD;

uum personally i love thie design because i've never worked with colors like this before xD; especially pastels all the while trying to keep him goverment...tee but it worked out somewhat,

the circles on his tail are also sensors the top is used to sense for sound/noise, the middle is used for vibrations/feelings, and the last largest is used to pick up heat signatures and anomalies within the ground and air

His tail can have multiple looks, so it can be fluffy one day, lizard like another, or devil like, or whatever, this fluffy is the most common though
