Ummm...Okey... There're pokemon of every gen I think are the best.Wartortle. Because he's adorable! He is my favourite pokemon generally. I also would choose Raichu, Vaporeon, Charmeleon, Ditto.
Cyndaquil is so cute
He's only fire starter, which I choose in pokemon games. I usually choose water starters, but....Cyndaquil's the best starter from 2nd gen and the best fire starter!Marshtomp. Yeah, I like water starters and I very like 2nd pokemon forms!
