Neat. Love the addition of what appears to be a belt-driven motor to the laser musket's crank... Would have be useful, especially on the automatic variant, rather than having to crank the darn thing.

If you mean realistic functionality ... Well it works like everything in the world of Fallout ... with pure Dieselpunk magic !!.
If you mean inside the game .. because it works the same as the laser sniper hand, but more powerful and with less cadence of fire.
