I think it has everything to do with his hair. And weapon-book. And his apathetic cruelness that only deserts him when death is near. He's always been my favorite Organization member...
#9 Sanji (One Piece)
I don't even care that 4kids gave him the strange Brooklyn accent and a lollipop- That's half of why I loved him! He's quick-witted, a great fighter and an even better cook. And to top it all off, he's a pirate. I love pirates...
#8 Flynn Rider (Tangled)
I haven't even seen the movie yet, but I know I'll love this guy. Just seeing him wield that frying pan on the movie poster makes me smile. And bonus points for being on the other side of the law. Don't know why that's so cool.
#7 Prince Soma (Kuroshitsuji)
Come on. When he's wailing he's adorable, when he's serious he's handsome. This prince may be a spoiled brat and so annoying it hurts, but that's why I love him.
#6 Wonrei (Zatch Bell)
This guy used to make me want to cry. He was good in a fight, but his big heart is what made him Number 6 in my book. He fought for Li-en and his friends with all his heart, and he was a sweetheart to the very end.
#5 Luke Triton (Professor Layton and the Unwound Future)
I have finished the game, but don't say anything. A couple f my friends on DA have not finished it or even come close. I would have put Wonrei before Luke, but the very end of Unwound Future pushed him into Number 5. He almost too intelligent for his own good and boast a life of pity that just makes you want to hug him.
#4 Allen Walker (D.Gray-Man)
I don't watch or read D. Gray-Man anymore....but Allen is so very special to me~ His weapon is absolutely fascinating and his complex motivations are a big interest to me. He's a little too single-minded sometimes, but willing to dive headfirst into the ugliest of fights to uphold his convictions. And....he has a cool scar. Scars and pirates. I don't know why.
#3 Anton Herzen (Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box)
I don't care what the truth is! Anton is beautiful and tragic at the same time, and he's marvelous with a sword! His story is tragic and the love he had for Sophia, however twisted it made him in the end, was lasting and true. His high status and fancy hair just make me love him more.
#2 Sora (Kingdom Hearts)
Sora is just a goofball on an epic adventure, but cares about his friends with a pure, unclouded love. love his big blue eyes and his stupid one liners that make me want to pinch his cheeks. Now all he needs to do is finally kiss Kairi and we'll be good. As long as this optimistic goof is the main character, Kingdom Hearts will always make me grin.
#1 Cecil Harvey (Final Fantasy IV)
Le sigh......Cecil is absolutely beautiful. No one can deny that. Even as a Dark Knight he has a pure heart and once he's a Paladin that purity becomes his strength. He almost too sweet for his own good and every time tragedy strikes he takes it the hardest...Of course, no matter who is lost he keeps moving forward. And then him and Rosa together..oh no~ Too cute~ All Hail king Cecil! Stay strong, you'll make it through!

I would have tried squeezing Beast from Beauty and the Beast in there....but then everyone would call me a furry....>:[ It's just becuase he's such a good guy! Gosh!

But anyway, I had fun with this, even though it took me sooooo long to chose who was on the list and in what order. I played around with numbers forever. And had to leave some of my hearts off. Elk from .hack, for example...
