Description If only I could halve this sphere
And bring our two worlds together
To make something intangible
Easy to touch

If only we were not pieces
Cast in the sky
To fall and fade

This is a small excerpt from a poem by my friend D. Gelyn. It originally had nothing to do with Kingdom Hearts but this poem is what fueled the creation of this picture so I figured I'd include part of it.
I've always liked to think that since there is a piece of Roxas and Ventus in Sora that this means a part of Ventus exists in Roxas as well (hence the likeness in appearance). And I believe to some extent that Ven can sympathize with Roxas. I'm weird, yeah? :3

Great job! And Nomura, somewhere he confirmed in a sneakishly vague way, the same thing you just typed. He basically said when Sora released Kairi's heart in KH1, he also released Ventus's heart. So, Ventus's heart went into Sora's nobody, Roxas, because that was the entity most similar to Sora. Thus, Roxas holds Ventus's heart, and that's why they look alike.

No, you're not wierd. I think Roxas and Ventus are connected as well. Granted, Roxas is a sadder/angrier version of him though, but they're still similar. Nice job, btw, you did great.

Thanks!! ^.^ I have to say I think Ventus is probably the saddest kh character :'/ poor kid but Roxas is a close second since he has to question his entire existence .. Hmm maybe that's why they are so similar in my mind
Either way, my roommate thinks I'm dumb ^.^ she's obsessed with Riku and Terra's struggles with darkness 0.0

Well we all have our own personal obsessions. Like I'll play KH2 just to watch the Gullwing Parts with Yuna, Rikku, and Paine. They are my obsession.

Oh yes!! Paine was always my favorite of the three, in FF10-2 at least. It's sad we didn't really see much of them in KH
