I like her hair, it looks like water and I wanna touch it. o-o Also, the background is minimal, but appropriate to keep Sakura as the subject. <3.. Nice shading on the clothing, especially. Very gradient, extremely clean. I like her expression, she seems calm and at peace. o-o Loving the eyes, too, btw.
You just need a little highlights on her clothes and on her skin, not much, but some. o.o And to smooth out a little bit of the shine at the tops of her hair, I suggest smudging it slightly with a 5 px brush at 50%. :3 It'll blend nicely into the hair but still jump out at you. That, and lower her ear some~.
Other than that, I <3 it. Keep going Desty, you're really getting better!
