I'm going to give a shot at giving constructive criticism on this piece here:
At the top, the star filled nebulae are very cool. I like how some stand out more than others, and think you have the right amount of nebulae without doing too many/leaving the piece open. The comet-ish flare-ish streak thingy is very very cool - probably my favorite part of the whole piece. The greenish flash-y thingy on the planet is nice, but I do not like the cool green of it in comparison with the warmer redder colors of the rest of the piece. I like the border alot too. I like the planet alot, but in the large white areas in the top right of the planet there are little dot things around the edges of the white bits...What are these? I don't really like them. The comet-y streaky thingys down towards the bottom are fantastic too, love 'em. I like the stock you've used, the soft focus is nice and gives it a dreamy feel...Oh and one more thing, I think the way the planet fades out to the right is too abrupt, looks a bit fake, especially in comparison with the fantastic work in the rest of the piece.

Wow. That's beautiful. The colours are fantastic, and the scale makes it so awe-inspiring, it's just... brilliant. I think you blurred it too much at the bottom, and I'm not too sure on the explosion at the top of the planet - it looks a bit like oyu just scribbled - but other than that it's perfect. The cloud at the bottom looks so dramatic and fiery, and it blends into the starfield seamlessly. There's not so many meteorites they overwhelm the image, but not so few that it looks anything less than completely apocalyptic.
Seriously, just... wow.

Not too bad. The planet texture is burned out, the comets/meteors are a bit uniform and unremarkable, and the bottom photo is blurry and it lacks focus. Also, the light in the photo comes from the right, low, and the light on the planet is from the top left, and the bottom right, where the light would be from the sun, is pitch black. Also, the starfield is a bit dense.

But you've got good composition here (and I know these types of images well, I was doing them before it became really popular at DA. ) and nice colors. Consider working this over for continuity and contrast.

overall, veary nice sceen....but here are some things that are bugging me....the planets texture...it is hard to get an really good one, or atlest do it rite, like perfect, the rest of the plaent stuff is good, but the texture just jumps out at me, if u know what i mean, also...the star feilds, there 2 cloted...theres to much "big"/bright stars, try alitte more scattering, towrds the bottom, where they fade is much better then that one big blob of stars at the top, and...above the plaent (athough i will amdite it looks pritty cool) i'm a part relistic freek with that stuff...so the stars be brighter then the planet wich is close...is just alittle...meh...to me, like i said, u did a good job grouping them....it just is iffy..nice job with the metors though, with the pixle dust effect its really nice, as well as a good job with the streeks....hope this comment dosent make u mad or anything, u did a good job with it, keep up the good work...ur have good tallent...*i browse ur gallery, nice it is*

even with my little critics, this still gets a +fav.

the planets are done exceptionally well, and i like how you combined them in the picture beneath

Man these plaent earth ones are impressive im lovin the whole style its great wonderful to look at. if that was a print i would buy it
