Not quite his best Pokemon is a Jolteon on Level 90 and the second strongest is Raikou Level 70...He has a Rayquaza...but he doesn't use it^^...much

And you would be right...he also has one ghost type and a rock type...but electricity is his cup of tea and guess what he has only lost once and that was to the Kanto League Champion...his own brother...which I'm drawing and is a work in progress.

You should I have colored in Mrio but the background eludes me.^^ Oh by the way what gave away his love of the electric type the thunderbolt around his neck or the room full of thunder and electricity sparking everywhere...or the gym floor that is floating on a field of static electricty.LOL
