A Pokémon found mostly in isolated, cold areas, usually high in the mountains.
It's said that they can exhale an air so cold that it can freeze Pokémon and humans alike. If it so chooses, it may freeze its victim, not for sustenance, but to display in a morbid collection it keeps in its "home."
To add credit to these tales, it has been found that it's breath can reach between -58°C to -60°C
