Are the zodiac signs all over him supposed to be a tip-off? Because if they are, they aren't ringing any bells for me...
Okay...let's think about this.
Mael already has two full grown kids, and Adrian has one that isn't quite full grown. This could be Adrian's son in coming years -- or, it could potentially be Isabel's son by her future love-interest, making Mael a granddaddy (shudder... 
Or, it could potentially be a third/second-born child of either of the brothers...which would be awesome, if they felt like having more... 
Soooo...I'm going to go out on a bit of a limb and guess that this is Adrian's son by Abby as an adult. But whoever he is...he's VERY easy on the eyes.
