Whoa...
In Syracuse, there's a place called Tippery Hill. It has the largest concentration of Irish-Americans in the city, if not the whole of Upstate New York. Right in the middle of Tip Hill is what people call the Brian Froud tree, in reference to the illustrator who designed the muppets for Dark Crystal and Labryinth. The tree has smooth, dark bark, and is this knarled, twisted, MASSIVE plant that looks like it was from right out of a fairytale book. No one knows what kind of tree it is -- but I past it, once...and I refuse to ever again. It was kind of creepy...
