Description
This is a Traddian. The adults are from 1.5-2 meters in height, so roughly similar in size to humans. They have a notably large head and lung capacy, though the size of the head is somewhat deceiving by the fluffy fur covering. Their arms are also quite long and it is not uncommon for them to run on all four limbs when in a hurry or during athletic activities. They have a thick covering of short fur over most of their body with exceptions being their hands and parts of the face. Their large eyes evolved to see well in dimly lit circumstances, likely due to the species traditions of nocturnal hunting on their homeworld. They are capable of perceiving into the infrared range in addition to most of what we call the visible light spectrum.
Traddians make up the main population of the Traddian Alliance, which is a small coalition of worlds. It is this alliance which sponsored the construction of the research stations on Keras to study and ultimately colonize the planet.
