  Kaiden mostly tends to be brutally honest, or just basically downright rude. He's not afraid to say what's on his mind, even if it's offensive, which is sometimes why people tend to avoid him. Being hot-blooded causes him to be really loud and overflowing with energy, which can over exhaust him at times. Kaiden also likes to do things his own way and doesn't usually like to follow other's standards, due to stubbornness. At times, he quickly loses interest when something bores him and simply leaves when the situation happens to be so. Even though others view Kaiden of only having a "rude" demeanor, he's just a typical cheeky guy who only wants to poke around with some fun by annoying others for his own amusement.

  But of course, being "mean" isn't always the case. If a person is close to him, he always stands up for them. He hates seeing the ones he cares for get hurt, therefore always tries to protect them, but it can sometimes cause him to underestimate them. He doesn't have a lot of people close to him, so getting a friend means a lot and will do anything to keep them. When in a good mood, he usually tries to play the "cool big brother" guy, but at times usually fails, since he tends to over exaggerate it. Even though he likes to embarrass people, he hates being embarrassed himself. When he is, he ends up being all flustered and helpless, which of course lowers his "manly reputation".

Easy, he would call it.
  That was Kaiden’s childhood. He was born into a good family, which included his father, mother, and older brother. His father worked in the Quinary Sector as head of one of the major hospitals in Nexus Sanctum, that resides in the allied regions of Japan. Because of his father’s position, Kaiden got some benefits in his childhood; like having lots of toys, home tutors, etc.

  However, all the things he got never stood equal to the thing Kaiden enjoyed the most: his favorite t.v show, “Spundo Fighters” (entirely made up). Ever since the age of 6, he never missed an episode every time it aired. His deep obsession for the series had caused him to collect many action figures of the fictional heroes he grew up to admire. “Someday, I’ll become the coolest hero ever, just like them!!!” he would always shout when the ending credits roll.

  But what bugged Kaiden was that he was always alone. His 4 year-older brother, Hideki, was always locked in his room with a tutor, or occupied with the medical textbooks his father gave him.
“Hey, nii-san, why do you keep reading those big books all the time? Can you play Spundo with me pleeeeassse?!” Keidan would always ask.
His brother would laugh and pat his head, “Well, since I’m gonna be the next successor to papa’s company, he said that it’s best to prepare early. Why don’t you play with the kids, near the park?”
“Pfff, they're such big crybabies. They said I tease them too much, even though I'm obviously telling the truth.”
Hideki sighed, “You bully.”

  However, whenever his brother did have spare time, he was always down the kitchen (when Kaiden loses interest playing with Spundo figures, of course). “Why are you always down here oni? Wanna be a housewife or something?” he teased. Hideki hesitated, “Learning about diseases and medicine are interesting, but being a chef sounds way better. I always thought it would be nice to cook for a living.”
“Well, you should because everything you make is yummy!” Kaiden said, as he continued to stuff his face. “But don’t you think you’re missing your chance to become a cool hero? Being a doctor saves people’s lives and stuff.”
His brother chuckled, “A hero I’ll be then. But only if you promise me, to stay happy. Got it?”
“Uhh okay sure, whatever.”

  At age 10, Kaiden eventually gotten curious to the books his brother reads, and so began to look into them. It was from then on that he started to develop a type of photographic memory. He would sometimes casually mention pages he just read in great detail to his brother, which would always surprise him. Their father also took notice of his son’s developing gift, and thought that it could be a great potential to have for the company as well.
Everything was perfect, until that day when his mother panicked to his father’s office with alarming news. Hideki had suddenly disappeared.
Kaiden’s father had installed a wide search for his missing son. Caught up in shock, Kaiden panicked on where would his brother would’ve gone.
“Where is nii-san? What happened to him?” he sobbed.
“Don’t worry Kaiden, I’m going to look for your brother. No matter what it takes, I would never give him up.”
All Kaiden could do was nod in reassurance, since his dad was a hero after all, not only because he was a doctor, but for also being the one to find his only brother.
But for now, Kaiden just had to stay “happy”, just as his brother wanted him to be.

Kaiden was now 23 years old, currently studying to be his father’s successor, which of course he hoped wouldn’t come to pass. Thirteen years had already passed ever since his brother’s disappearance. The search was still ongoing, but felt inactive.
  Throughout the course of the years, lots of questions sprung up in Kaiden’s mind ever since the war signal showed up. Was there really a truth behind Nexus Sanctum? Were the rumors about it true? Did the disappearance of missing children have anything to do with his brother? Why wasn’t there any luck finding him? Did Aletheia have something to do with it? Was the Aletheia organization really a terrorist group?...He should have never stumbled in their site the first place...
  All these questions drove him crazy but automatically disregarded them in his mind, afraid that the government might find out he had some type of doubts. He just gotten really confused and angry about everything: his training to be the successor of his dad’s company, the rumors, the nagging questions he had, and the constant frustration of the search for his brother. He would of course try to think positive. His brother might have ran away, to become a chef. That seemed to be the best reason he can think of, though it seemed impossible.
  It was until then, his confusion was finally settled when he overheard his father’s phone call. Kaiden hid behind the door just to hear. His father was talking about calling off the search because it was “no longer needed”.
“I see, he’s well off finished by now. Such a disappointment. He would've managed to run the company so well- better than his brother at least…Fine, I grant you the permission to take him then.” His father suddenly turned around and smiled at him.
  Kaiden was dumbfounded. Before he could do anything, his father's bodyguards suddenly tried to grab hold of him. He managed to escape from them. Quickly, he snatched a katana that was displayed at a nearby wall and slid down the staircase. Eventually he got out of the large house and ran while looking for a place to hide. He knew his father and the government were up in his tracks, because he finally realized that they were not to be trusted, at all.
  Just then, a man approached him during his hiding. He seemed to be wearing dark military style clothing and was armed with menacing artillery. Kaiden didn't know if he was going to attack him, but rather the man threateningly said, "Join us, or die." Kaiden chose the obvious option. If joining Aletheia was the only way to find the answers to his questions, so be it.
However, he never thought that being the “hero” he dreamed of, would be this way.
