"Bunad (Norwegian plural: bunader) is a Norwegian umbrella term encompassing, in its broadest sense, a range of both traditional rural clothes (mostly dating to the 19th and 18th centuries) as well modern 20th-century folk costumes. In its narrow sense the word bunad refers only to clothes designed in the early 20th century that are loosely based on traditional costumes"this is the outfit design for my version of Wendy (Sonja in my version) in my peter pan re-design project

oo that's awesome! my mother is from there, and her mother had a lofot bunad she passed on to my cousin. I might be able to snatch her old nordland bunad if I can afford it! she made them herself.

My mother is Norwegian, and when she saw this she loved it! We have several bunads/bunader at home, and these are very accurate. By the way, Sonja is beautiful!

is it just me though or does her head look kind of really sloped here..her ear's up so high and her lower face is down so low.
