I like the fact that the knight looks kind of evil, yet he has a phoenix (i.e. a usually Good creature) buddy. Tickles my Dungeon Master / storyteller bone.

Beautifully done, the one thing that bugs me is a lack of texture on the horse's armor.
Regardless, the whole thing is just mindblowingly awesome and I love the look of it all.
