so guess whos making [link] into a comic.so far I'm busy designing characters and figuring out details in the story, but I hope that if I can make this into reality that you'll read it!
summary of plot: "An unfortunate young man is dragged into a ridiculous conflict between power mad countries. He is the only successful subject in an experiment to create humanoid weaponry, and everyone wants to get their hands on the spanking new technology, but the subject himself wants non of it."
he has no name!!! pls help me here.

In the story, you should have the character named something that sounds high-tech-y, like Cyborg or something (I'm blanking on anything that sounds good), but have him shorten it to something that sounds a little more normal.Β But, later in the story, you could have him find out that that name was given to him by the company that created him, and his real name is Adam or something completely normal.
I dunno, just a suggestion!

I want to know, is the story in the future or in a parallel present? Because the names are mostly influenced by the time and the space the characters are in. Like, you can't just use an old name to a futur dimmension.
Tho Dylan is a great name for him in my opinion, and it fits in every scenario :3

putting it out here 'cause it's so good:
suggestion for the name for the comic: "Armed".
and every chapter adds upon it. like "Armed- and Bewildered" for an early chapter.
"Armed- and Fearless" etc
And then the potential final chapter, where i guess the dude has mastered his abilities and whatever, would be the classic "Armed- and Dangerous".

As for a name... I'll just through some names that I think might go; Zach, Micheal, David, Isaac...
Andreu is a little different, and it means man and warrior. Kael also means mighty warrior. Perhaps Oswell
for a first or last name if needed, it means divinely powerful.

I think he should be named BjΓΈrn to go with the skandinavian theme of StΓ₯le and Detlef. The lower part of his right arm looks exactly as a bear paw.
But, if a more russian feel is needed, Sergei is a good call.

Even though it's strange, I think Marth would be kind of cool for him.
Also those tubes connecting the arm to the back of his neck are a MASSIVE weakspot in the technology. If not potentially fatal if those wires are cut, they'd still make for an excellent grabbing tool in close combat. But this isn't bad design, it's just a weak spot- if he made no attempt to cover them or armor them, and his enemies never even attempted to exploit them as a weakness, then it would be bad design.
Gosh I'm having so many cool ideas about this guy and I'm probably 100% wrong on all of them.

I love the way that you had the tubes going from the plate in his shoulder arching into his neck, that's brilliant and it just adds to the idea of him being a human weapon.

So he should have a code name like for example "HW-B #138" (Experiment: Humanoid Weaponry - B series, Subject #138 (or something like that))? Then everyone would refer to him as just "138" or "one-thirty eight."

I dunno why, but I like Kevin as well; he does look like a Kevin. And maybe something else of course, when they're experimenting on him or whatever, maybe they wouldn't be calling him Kevin?? Or maybe they would, to keep him more calm instead of being like "Subject 5322 ..." (or they'd just call him Subject in their notes, and Kevin to his face)
