I personally don't think this idea is really unique, and I've seen a lot of work others have done for this challenge that are the tops of tops! But I'd like to share my story more than anything that pertains to this idea, which is the reason why I've tried out this challenge.

I know to say that I'm socially awkward isn't something spectacular, a lot of people are the same way and that combined with my depression that constantly crops up, I can be a right mess at times and no one will know. I'm not one for telling others because I just don't want to be a bother (and in fact doing this now is a little unnerving, even to strangers). But when my mind is being too rough on me, and I can't get myself out of bed, I put on my headphones and imagine I'm walking through a forest in a cool autumn day, and slowly I'm submerged, in tranquil calm and soundless weightlessness. And where normally this void would frighten me, I find a little comfort in it's gentleness, and slowly I feel a little better. It's my kind of sanctuary I suppose, putting myself in something familiar and also something unsettling.
