Here it is !Yea, so this is my B4 Logo.
I wanted this logo to be 'clean' without additional effects - like glow / lightning glow etc.
Feel free to comment / use it, just delete white background

So what exactly does B4 stand for?
N stands for special forces, and 7 is the highest proficiency, so what does B stand for?

It's Ashley Williams military rank, as far we know she was B4 in ME1, about ME2 we don't know - maybe she was promoted to N7 rank.
In the first game she was called Gunnery Chief Williams, so maybe B - gunner ? 4 - chief ?

The number does not signify rank, only proficiency. You could be an N1 Rear Admiral with 10 N7s under you, they would just have been given better training at doing what they do than you, not to say they are better, just better trained.
I didn't know they said Ash was a B4. Though I think you may be right, B most likely stands for ground infantry.
