Description Commision for its his bugbear fighter for our 4e dnd campaign

Bio of Gyrith Hughes:
Gyrith Hughes was born in the ruins of Thearnytaar within the Thornwood, to be the heir of the Gara’desh tribe. The Gara’desh was a small tribe of bugbears and hobgoblins gathering to form their own nation. The near city of Mintar refused to turn to the Church of Bane to deal with them due to the church’s recent forceful occupation of the city, and instead secretively hired adventurers to raid the tribe. Group after group of adventurers fell by the hands of the Gara’desh tribe and thus the Gara’desh grew in number and arm. Highly reluctantly Mintar finally turned to the Church of Bane for assistance. The church agreed in fear of a goblinoid nation being founded and of their army being attacked while they resided within the city. Gara’desh was underestimated by the church and won the first few encounters, but were then pushed back into the depths of their ruins. Meanwhile Gyrith was stowed away within the apple barrel of a broken store room with their tribe heirloom by his mother with hopes to be fished out when the ruins were quiet once more. None came for Gyrith that day, nor the next days thereafter. Gyrith being just one year of age lacked the ability to exit the heavy barrel of apples on his own and grew quite the appetite. With a lack of meat in the nearby vicinity he grew delusional and satiated his hunger with what he thought to be nice big red round pieces of meat, in due time nothing remained within the barrel but only a lone bugbear. The bugbear slept against the barrel wall, as was routine at this point, but to his surprise the barrel tipped over with a loud crash and he found himself looking out the doorway of the storage room. Too tired to explore yet, he decided it’d be best to sleep first and explore when he woke. He awoke on a different structure that was much more comfortable and was looking into the eyes of a female wild elf.

Raviten is a very odd small town that lies within the Cloud Peaks mountain range. Raviten’s most distinguishing characteristic is its citizen Gyrith Hughes. Gyrith was saved from a most certain death at the ruins of Thearnytaar by Elaina and Gregor Hughes. Gyrith was a handful at a young age, having to be broken of his instinctual tendencies. His parents could not entirely succeed, as Gyrith had a blatant disrespect for authority and treated others as tools for material gain. He spent most of his days using the town guard’s training grounds and hunting. He disliked his calm and remote life and desired to search the lands for riches. His parents were against the idea but did not stop him; they instead requested that he write occasionally and that he go with the next caravan to Crimmor to request a proof of citizenship of Amn. The caravan knew of Gyrith and was on even grounds with him because he would frequent trade pelts for meats and shiny objects. Before he left his parents handed him a note and told him to open it after he obtained citizenship. At the age of seventeen he left Raviten in search of a more adventurous life. The caravan traveled south, down the mountains of Cloud Peaks, and arrived in Crimmor in near no time. It was there he truly learned of how rare a case he was. The guard nearly threw him and the whole caravan to the jailers for suspected premeditated illegitimate actions. Now understanding the reasoning behind his parents’ wishes he traveled with haste to make an attempt to obtain proof of citizenship. Upon obtaining a hearing he was denied unless he served for four years with the guard. Angry with their ruling Gyrith bordered on the fence of leaving for the wilds, but the benefits of a citizenship would prove endless.

Crimmor’s guard training grounds proved much the same as Raviten’s. The captain of the Corroding Flame of Crimmor, Endelor, smiled upon Gyrith’s strengths while others made distance. Gyrith’s strength placed him as Endelor’s second and right hand man. Over the next four years Gyrith defended Crimmor against the evils that infested the mountains of Small Teeth. When his time of service was at its end he obtained his citizenship as a well endowed member of the town guard, and left Endelor to defend the city of Crimmor and ultimately defend Raviten by proxy. By the advice of Endelor, Gyrith traveled to Baldur’s Gate to try his shot for riches and adventure. Gyrith found passage via merchant boat to Baldur’s gate from a caravan group he had saved more than once and was off to sea. They arrived at Baldur’s gate during the night. The guards held Gyrith for a moment as he fished out his fumbled about the inside of his bag for his proof of citizenry of Amn. He pulled out a few objects by accident: his Crimmoria guard plaque, his Amn pass, and an unopened letter. They let him pass and he got a room for the night from a nearby inn. In the inn’s common room he opens the envelope as he eats roast caribou with a glass of wine. The envelope contains an ornate necklace made of wood, bone, and iron as well as a letter that tells of the events that befell the Gara’desh tribe.

Man, you cheaped out on his shoes!

Other than that, it's really good. Like the face, like the proportions, armor and weapons are cool.

Watch that hand on the hilt, it looks like he has five fingers where the flesh between the index and thumb should be.
