I'll leave some criticism on this picture because I'm more into animal anatomy.
Please don't get offended, I'm not a great criticizer.

The thing that really caught my eye is the face, it's simply adorable but the mouth looks a bit far off from the nose, I would straighten the mouth and draw it to where it fits right under the middle of the nose, with that little slant in it still. When I look at the picture, the left ear is bent some and it looks a bit abnormal, to make it look more normal, I would draw it equal to the other ear, you can still bend it but it's better if you draw it starting from the starting point of the other ear and draw it ending equal to the other ear's bottom part. (Gah sorry so confusing to explain) The legs look a bit too short compared to the arms so if you drew the character standing on all four legs, it'd look a bit funky. Lastly the arms look kinda boneless. They're too wobbly looking. You drew it small and then big towards the paw part, on animals the shoulders stand out and are big but smaller than the thighs, then it shrinks down to the paws but there's a little dent in the arm showing the where the bone is before a little after the middle of the arm, then the drawing leads to the fourth paw finger which is a bit higher up and then the other three paw fingers.

I hope my critique isn't harsh
