It's such a nice building, I like the down-the-hallway angle which you chose to photograph the room at. Good decision on choosing to photograph this room, the historical style is intriguing as is the architecture. Beautiful place, it looks like a great museum to visit. Nice work.

Thanks, I'm glad you like it. When I saw this hallway, I just knew I had to shoot it like this. I was very lucky that it wasn't mobbed with people.

Yeah, it did take a while to get certain shots inside the Hermitage, most of the pictures I took inside ended up having people everywhere. I guess I got lucky. I didn't go 2 weeks ago, I went about 3 months ago actually - I just became active on DeviantArt, so I've been uploading stuff from all my past trips. Thanks for the support.

good capture. i found it hard to take a picture like this when i was there, since there were always people in the way.

just out of curiosity, did you make your trip to st. petersburg and copenhagen about two weeks ago?
