Thanks!  The helmet is made over a hard hat, with cardboard (mostly pop can boxes), some craft foam, and paperclay for details.

This is one of the best Zan't costumes I've seen thus far. Is there any special kind of brand you would recommend for your makeup? I need to find a good White foundation, I'm not sure if I used enough but mine kept rubbing or melting off ^D^;;

I used ben nye clown white makeup.  It has really good coverage and works best when applied with a brush (from my experience).  Also I'd recommend getting a spray makeup sealer.  You can buy them at most costume stores and you can order it on ebay and it prevents it from melting away with sweat or rubbing off on clothes.

Yeah it's screen printing ink. One layer of opaque white and several of a green glow in the dark speedball ink.
