Anyways, I've been in an art funk the past week....work has been busy, summer is here. I have so many lines I need to get down. I have been a huge fan of Gen13 since their creation. Do you remember seeing the preview back in the day when they were first promoted as Gen X...I guess another industry leader had the rights to that name!

Everything I do is traditional... I have noticed too that my pen work looks digital. Have had a few others ask the same, so not sure what it is that gives it that vibe. Thanks for the appreciation

I think it is because you seem to like to work with closed lines, and most things digital seem to have that as well. Either way I'm dropping you a watch because I sure as hell can learn a thing or two by looking at your inks!

I think your right. I think the way I throw my lines is similar to working on a tablet in digital.

sorry to interject here, but my thoughts exactly, lol. i get really sketchy usually, but sometimes inkers can get too into overcompensating for the clean up that they overshadow all the little details that are unique to my style (i still have a lot of work to do myself tho, lol). i don't think anything is lost here. he did a great job.
