Description
This is my OC for Young Justice. She has the powers of body manipulation, like a chameleon. Her name is Chamellia Helen Szasz, so it's a pun of sorts. I put her with Kid Flash, Wally West.

I'm still working with her hair color a bit, but I thought this looked cute. It's like a strawberry brunette, instead of a strawberry blonde.

Her suit can stretch and become invisible when she does. Later on she can cloak her presence and turn others invisible with a touch.

Her parents are The Question and Huntress.

She is outgoing when she is invisible, because no one can stare at her oddly. She feels awkward visible because she isn't used to people looking at her.

It takes a long while for her to admit to Wally that she loves him. She realizes she does after a few months of them being partners, but she never comes out and says it.

Her favorite food is pasta. She loves sour candy. Her favorite color is lavender. She loves oldies.

"Anonymous: Could you explain to me the logic behind the Huntress's and the Question's daughter being a shapeshifter? [Your OC, I mean. ^^']

Also, what's her personality like? It'd be a shame if she lacked influence of the tough-as-nails attitude of her mom and the crazy theories + zen wisdom thing her dad does..."

Answer:
"She’s not a shapeshifter. She can turn invisible. And the logic behind it is from JLU. I loved the pairing and put them together. She can turn invisible because of an accident happening to her. The Question is very secretive and I thought it made sense if his daughter could turn invisible to be unknown from the world. She can sneak into places he can’t and gather information.

Her personality is a mix of those, yes.XD She never answers a question directly, not even her parents’. When Chamie is around her girls she acts very saucy. She is tough as nails like her mother in battle. But she only gets angry when she or her friends are insulted. Otherwise she is as calm as her father, which makes everyone else angry. She is very confident when she is invisible. But Chamie isn’t used to being visible, so she feels awkward when she is. When she is around guys she tries to make everything confusing. And Chamie dances around when she thinks she is alone."

Question:
"Anonymous: The Huntress is considered to be something of a loose cannon. I'm interested to see what kind of a parent that makes her and how she can be with the Question without losing her stubborn streak. Has anyone written a fic or do you have any bits and piece imagined?

Additionally, being invisible sort of fits for the Question, yes. Is there any influence from her mother? Like combat training or weapons? And do they approve of her fighting crime? Plus, who is she the side kick / protege of, if at all?"

Answer:
"No, no one has written anything for me yet. I imagined her staying mainly to herself. She would be there when Chamie was a baby, but when she started growing up she wouldn’t be there as much. And she would still be very stubborn, but I think he would even her out. The Question would mainly take care of Chamie as she grew up, that’s why he is her mentor. I was thinking of some, a couple ended up in fights. The Question wouldn’t want his daughter seen by anyone, even her team. And one day she would want to be seen and he wouldn’t let her. She leaves and her relationship is ruined with her father. When Chamie comes back they get into a fight and Huntress tries to mediate, but since she wasn’t even there in the original fight it makes things worse.

Yes, Huntress trained her in hand to hand combat. Chamie has no weapons, just a utility belt. She can use a bow and arrow, but she prefers not to. If she is given a weapon she likes swordsmanship. Yes, they do approve. Huntress wasn’t alright when she was younger, but as she grew up Huntress was proud and wanted her daughter to fight crime. The Question wants her to do more behind the scenes work, like him. But he also wants her to fight crime. She is the side kick/protege of The Question. But no one on the team knows that she is his daughter. No one knows how the two became connected, besides Batman of course."

Question:
"Anon: And about Chamie... So she'd initially have been an invisible member of the team, visible only to Superboy and infrared goggles? o.o That's kinda cool... But I'm not sure I see the Question getting mad or losing it over something like that? The guy I'm familiar with is [while paranoid] very annoyingly calm, driven and vague about things. What changed? ^^"

Answer:
"Yes. ^_^ I know he’s always very calm, and the thing that changed was becoming a father, basically. At first he wanted to just makes his daughter safe and be able to protect herself, and after she started fighting bad guys he became more protective. I think he’s the kind of guy that would become an over protective father. He doesn’t want her to be shut off from the world because he wants her to be happy, but at the same time he doesn’t want her to get hurt by other people. And so the paranoia comes out when she’s a teenager and he finds out she likes a boy. He wouldn’t normally get mad, but his emotions differ when it comes to family."

"SHE IS SHY AT FIRST-BUT ONCE YOU MEET HER MORE OFTEN SHE IS VERY SILLY! SHE GETS ANGRY QUICKLY IF YOU INSULT HER OR HER FRIENDS/FAMILY/TEAM MATES. SHE IS SAUCY AROUND GIRLS AND DORKY AROUND GUYS. SHE IS SMART, BUT SLIGHTLY PARANOID BECAUSE OF HER DAD (THE QUESTION). SHE GETS HER SAUCINESS FROM HER MOM (HUNTRESS). IF SHE MAKES A MISTAKE SHE GOES QUIET AND IGNORES IT."
