It is hard, wanting someone to like you like that... I've been there. It is easy to ignore the reality of a situation when your emotions are involved... There isn't anything that can undo what is done, however, there is nothing stopping you from learning from your mistakes *and his* and moving on. He was honest with you. Told you he didn't want to lead you on... When I guy says that, it is a big red flag... meaning.. I don't want to date you... so whatever happens is just that... nothing more. Empower yourself and take away this lesson... Start over and remember to watch out for things like that. It is fine if you are after the same thing... but if you are looking for something more serious, that is certainly not the kind of person for you...
On a side note, I must give him kudos for being a decent person, he must not be a complete scum bag if he was so honest about it. That shows that even though he isn't boyfriend material... He respects women some and very well could be later on in his life. He isn't someone looking for a relationship per say... Just to have fun and live life...
The guy from my experience... we are still friends... He is married with a new baby girl...
I still consider him a mistake.. but a very handsome, dark and tall one. *quite a bit chubbier now though

As usual, I agree with Funky. Also, sometimes the first kiss can tell a lot about a relationship. Maybe he didn't feel any sparks. You will have plenty other kisses in your lifetime and I can promise that some of them will be magical. Good luck.

Your first kiss maybe didn't mean what you wanted it to, but I'm sure there will be oppritunities in the future for amazing first kisses in the beginning of a relationship that would mean more than any other first kiss possibly could.

My first kiss was completely stupid too. I think too many girls put too much emphasis on their first kiss.. it's a big deal, but I think we need to realize that it's not the end of the world if it goes badly. I have to say though, what he did to you was cruel and you didn't deserve it. He's a douche.
