sadly, i agree with the other people.
it will ultimately hurt you worse
you won't be saying it out of truth or relief of being clear on your feelings. it would just be out of hoping to sting him back.... and then you'll be sitting with yourself, knowing you didn't mean it, still loving him, and knowing with yourself that it could never have hurt him as bad as it hurt YOU to hear if he really doesn't still love you.
it won't phase him.
but, it'll kill you.
don't hurt yourself more -- he already did enough of that.
