Sometimes you don't have to lose them forever.
But wanting them to be happy regardless of yourself? That is what I consider as an aspect of true love, being selfless for the other person.

It's always best for the other person to feel amazing at all time even when your feeling like crap. I don't want them to be with me if it's hurting them. But I love them soooo much.

Every one is selfish...I'm not selfless. Though I try to be. Others need to be happy. My life my be bad but there's worse. I don't complain. Don't take things for granted.
I use the word love only when need be.

Well, that's very selfless of you. Before ever finding love I used to think, I'd fight for my loves to save any relationship we had. But it's selfish, I think. It's something truly difficult to do. But you have to sometimes.

I'm a selfish person I'll admit it. I fight so hard and for so long. Then I eventually thought about it. I want them to be happy... I don't want to bring them down any more. They mean to much for me to hurt them any longer.

I completely understand, ST. Letting them know this would probably be a good idea. Letting them know how you feel will be less stress on you, and the person you care about will know and be able to make an informed decision about what to do with their happiness.

It should be mutual. I've poured my heart out plenty of times. They will know soon enough. A secret within a secret. I make wishes upon stars, eye lashes, 11:11, and a bunch of other things like pennies heads up and stuff such as those. Any who my wishes for the past 2 years have been for them to be happy
