The guy who's been my best friend for literally my whole life had a bad stutter, and still occasionally has it a little bit, but that was part of the reason for my childhood crush on him 
I also want to get back at all those who made fun of him for it. He's like a brother to me - or how I would imagine it feels to have a brother (I'm an only child)

That's sweet. I have a stuttering problem too. It comes and goes, mostly coming back when I'm stressed out which is a lot. Then it stresses me even more. XD It's nice to know you don't judge him for it.

Perhaps the best thing you can do is not attempt your revenge? Because, if you attack these people for what they've done to him, it'll draw light on the fact that he stutters and he may resent you for it. Be careful with revenge... It may seem damn good looking from affar, but once you're up close, Revenge is damn ugly!
