I'm not normally into tops that expose a lot of skin, especially when they're made of chainmail, bu this one is really neat!

Yeah it took a while for sure! those are 18g rings, so a lot of weaving. I started with one idea in mind after seeing a lot of the work on here and took a total U turn and went towards this as i got going. So there was plan A, B, C, D and so on as i started revising it. Took a lot of fitting and adjustments to get it ideal. i am actually working on a version in 16g so that i can keep the price point lower and it will be up for sale as well soon too!

THANKYOU! i have made several other tops and i am working on a totally new one. I have not posted a lot lately but i will be getting a bunch of new photos up on here soon. I'm starting work on one that is more color less skin but should be pretty stunning too if i can get it to go right. If you ever do want something more your style let me know. I love doing custom work!

But thank you for letting me know about it. I probably would ask for a custom if I were much more in shape, but the sad truth is that I'm not. Anyway, your work is absolutely wonderful and I really hope that you DO get some commissioners because you definitely deserve it.

This is a REALLY nice piece. I work in chainmaille too but i have not done anything that big yet. Mostly jewelry. VERY nice!!

it started as a very different idea and kinda just ended up heading in this direction with the way the weaves laid and shaped out. i have another top in mind but haven't had the time to start it yet, but hope to soon. And it probably will show more skin than this one even lol. I gotta find a model soon

That's all part of the fun! The solid parts are pretty opaque, but not perfect hahaha
