When a card or effect is activated (Quick Efect): You can negate the activation, and if you do, banish it. This card must be face-up on the field to activate and to resolve this effect. During the Battle Phase (Quick Effect): All monsters your opponent controls lose 100 ATK for each Spellcaster monster in your GY based on their Level, Rank, or Link Rating. Once per turn, if another monster is Tributed from your hand or field (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 monster in your GY; add it to your hand. If this card is destroyed and sent to the GY: You can target 1 "Dark Magician" monster from your Deck or GY; Special Summon it, ignoring its summoning conditions.
