Well, they're not actually C009 OC's, just my own characters pretending to be. I'm not sure if you want them in that case, according to your comments in that link.
If you still want to use them, then yes. Just make sure to give credit, preferably as a link to my page. The shorter character has had a name change, from Liy to Tale, but the other is still Falconer.

Um, a little request/favor.... as for a few months i've been developing a sick annoying crush with 007 (thankgoodness it's not 006), and i wanted to see if you can draw me a picture of him in normal clothing and without his lame sillyness. I want to draw him myself, but i just cant see to find where the heck to start!

I thought she was pretty cool up to the point where she was crying because she couldn't beat Joe. It was definitely a WTF? moment. And except for the part where she took too long to drag herself along the wall, she acted really realistically. So, I <3 Kaijuu Sensou Helen, the manga Mythos Helena (whatever connection she has to the others. It's not clear to me), but hate the '01 anime Helen.
(but I LOVE the look Francoise gives her when she stands outside the room. The look of 'My name is Francoise Arnoul, you are stealing my boyfriend, prepare to die' XD)
