Priority Mail takes 3-5 working days in the US,and is traceable. Customer service should be able to give you an update,and if something actually went astray,they will fix it. An email to them is better than doing nothing and wondering what's going on. Believe me.

I think that girl sizes should be made for this. Small girls, like me, can't fit into a baggy jacket too well, even if it is a size small. Also, it would look better and more potential buyers as well.
