Ok so i'm still practicing my new photoshop program, which is giving me a pain in the butt to figure out, but, here is my flying eevee!Name: Olympeon
Evolves from Eevee when it is taught fly at Olympos
Type: Flying
Description: A prestigious Pokemon, Olympeon are rarely seen walking around on earth. Most of the time they are resting on clouds or flying about near their sanctuary.

i mean, what do you have to do to evolve eevee? air is everywhere around, without that eevee evolves contacting it and there's no stone or something
the other side is, that there's no pkmn that has only the fly type (ok, arceus, but this is ultra mega better than the others and can have it ~) so eevee has to keep the normal type and this wouldn't fit in the eevee line ~

Yeah your right about the flying type, unless it's the first only flying type. I mean, there's dragon flying and fire flying, so i'm sure they could make an only flying. As for method of evolution, we could just be creative (like teaching it fly at Mt. O)
