Another wasted character of the Disney trilogy. Rose could've been a very interesting character had she been written correctly, sharing a similar mindset to Cassian from Rogue One. Her hatred of the First Order would've worked better rather than just the rich societies of the galaxy.
Also, her character's story demands attention and development-over-time writing, so her type of character already has difficulty in a movie setting, especially as a secondary character. She would've been more suited in a television series detailing the formation of the Resistance.
