X-Men at its best in a nutshell.
I love how you changed outfits, ect. and managed to imply major story arcs with some small drawings.
Looks to me like: Apocalypse vs Sinister; the Weapon X programm still a major player; Magneto wasted by Storm; another Summers-Grey kid; Rogue & Nightcrawler teamup; Gambit on a rampage; Jubilee being badass...and Nate, Neena & Wade are the Trinity of the X-Force?

Well, it is kind of a 5 years later idea that's been haunting me...
* Apocalypse VS Sinister. BECAUSE THAT is the war that should be the major saga, both of them attack from the shadows till they have to display their full might....and the X-men will have to save the furnitures and keep the ship from sinking...
* Yeah the Brent Jackson version dude...
* Nah, actually Mags is a corpse before that...
* And that kid ? It's Rachel. Yeah it's about she's properly born. I figure granting her that wish is only fair... I mean she was in friggin Excalibur ! Isn't that torture enough ?!
* Not really the trinity...plus I never consider Wade to be trustworthy...

Just X-Men Story Arc. I needed an indexation for these kind of drawings so I found it convenient.

Oh, okay.
So what is the story arc that came out today?

Actually it is not an existing story-arc, consider this poster kind of the 5 years later/my ideal outcome of the Lobdell/Nicieza run. I was just having fun like that XD
As for the title "Tomorrow comes today" well it's because I've been on a Gorillaz binge when I drew it .

Maybe I've been staying away from the series too much due to some of the nonsense storylines that been breaking more history taboos than should be allowed because I've no idea what you are talking about but it's interesting pic...

It's pretty simple actually, it more or less goes like this devilkais.deviantart.com/art/B…
The Twelve was a spit on the face of Cable and Apocalypse fans (especially when you see the excellent build-up Joe Casey was writing during his Cable run...). As such,before...
And then we change Onslaught so that Xavier gets dealt with like Ol' Yeller (though taking some of the X-men with him. Holy shit, the irony...). Then OZT happens in a much less neutered state (mostly with Cyclops ending Bastion at his heart's cost..literally.)
So consider this poster kind of the 5 years later/my ideal outcome of that particular run.
As for your guesses, they're mostly correct except for:
-Rachel or Hope or someother alternate timeline/dimension child
Actually is the Rachel born from Jean herself. No clone, No alternate version... the Rachel that we know from DOFP and Excalibur died in the Askani timeline, and it was a perfect sendoff.
-Banshee
Actually Cannonball... My Sean looks a bit different...
-Weapon X professor (does he have a name?)
Malcolm Colcord...and he's one cruel fuckerr ! I've always loved the Weapon X organism, excellent line-up and ruthless fuckers all-around... though they were arrogant enought to think that they can control Sabretooth..
As for the Magneto helmet , here's my idea behind it :
Let's NOT bring back Mags at all (he did hos time) and have the Acolytes reorganize themselves to become an extremely feared organization; not quite a belligerent one but a group that does not fuck around whenever it is provoked. And within said group , a "Civil War" would occur similarly to the excellent GI Joe's Cobra Civil War: Basically, the Cobra Commander was shot and his death means that COBRA''s new leader will be chosen through a trial by combat and the score is tallied in blood.
Here rather than bodycount, the candidates that would succeed in Magnus's position would have to prove themselves through trials by eliminating what would be threats to mutants OR being effective enough to protect mutants and rebuild Genosha (which following X-tinction Agenda, is mostly deserted). The most likely candidates would be Voght , Melloncamp, Colossus (let's face it. Acolyte Piotr is the most interesting Comics Colossus has ever been !) , Cortez (well yeah , when will they ever learn ? XD But to be honest , he does not need to betray anyone or anything, he has to prove himself) and a Mystique in disguise ( hired by the government...). Exodus would be the judge and will try to have Storm herself as a candidate ... and she will accept but as a way to dismantle the Acolytes from within/retool them to a path of righteousness, and the task will be harsh..

From what I've found, devilkais X-Men canon plays with the Twelve storyline and goes in its own direction from there.

Ah. I figured that your X-Men canon is in line with the original until the Twelve storyline, which you changed due to how much you hate it.

And I have to read it anyways (My approach to the X-Men is that I'm cutting out everything that doesn't move things forward) since Cyclops' possession by Apocalypse impacts New X-Men.

Ignore it . It does not add anything to anyone. The 4 parter "Beyond Good and Evil" did a far better job as a finale for Apoc, X-Men Legends II DID actually what the fucking comic should have DONE !
The possession was horseshit for a very simple reason : Apocalypse in the present is HEALTHY and kicking. In Cable's future , he fell sick (basically got his own form of a cancer) and basically have to make new bodies in order to keep fighting (despite his sickness, he still is dangerous and active)
The twelve was just BS written on a napkin to get rid of Apoc in a BS manner , just so they can write the umpteenth Magneto story (I was not kidding when I said they were fellating Magnus...)
Furthermore it does NOT affect New X-men, Morrison just throws in 2 lines (saying that Apocalypse was an evil spirit... Of course ! Then again he thought that Emma was a stripper. Such a great visionnary...) to justify the fact that he has NO FUCKING IDEA who Cyclops is.

The Twelve is pointless, and I am approaching New X-Men with an open mind. Still, I must take the good with the bad...unless it is Chuck Austen, which never happened.
I do have my own plans for The Twelve in the 12 Universes' saga, although my version of The Twelve is vastly different.

Thanks ! I guess I'll have to make different nuances of black for Sinister's costume though

You mean for coloring? You can use a very, very dark crimson going into black since Poccy has got the signature blue-ish shade.
