Art is free, yes, but expression doesn't pay the bills. The copyright belongs to the photographer's (me) and I can do whatever I want with the image, in this case I've sold it for publication and this is a teaser, therefore I don't allow anyone to use for other purposes. And I didn't write "ki"e"llogs" or "kellogg's", there's no infringement of copyright.
