How To:
You'll need your system patched with either UXTheme or UXStyle & have Theme Resource Changer installed for the theme to apply exactly like in the screen shot.
Links to UXTheme Patcher & UXStyle Core for both 32bit & 64bit systems are in the 'Links For Softwares' text file in the zip.
Links for Theme Resource Changer for both 32bit & 64bit systems also included in the text file.
All links are to my Mega Account, so they should be clean.

Installation:
Extract & copy the contents of the 'Theme' folder to:
'C:\Windows\Resources\Themes' & apply.
Be sure to have Theme Resource Changer installed before applying & it will take care of the rest.
Additional:
A logon screen is included with the theme.
Instructions for changing the Logon Background manually is included in the Logon folder
Or
if you prefer the easier way, there are free programs available, namely Windows logon changer, that changes the logon screen background easily.
A quick google search will get you results.

I'm a huge fan of your work and you know it, but as I believe I've mentioned previously, if there was one area where I feel you could improve, it would be in regards to consistency - the individual elements of many of your visual styles, while individually very well-made, don't seem to feel like a cohesive whole when put together.
This visual style is a definite and substantial improvement in that regard. You've used similar dark/black stroke lines on the window frames, start menu, and some controls and boxes, often with the same style of lighting/shading used as well. IMO that really helps to tie those elements together. The use of the same rhombus-shaped markings on the window frames, start menu, and similar ones on the Taskbar (albeit adjusted for different lighting due to a different angle?) helps a lot too. Most of this style is consistent about resembling flat plates of some kind of matte metal with slightly cartoony black outlines, and it's great.
However, I still feel that a few elements shown don't fit at all - firstly, the buttons look very round, and they shine like they're made of plastic, rather than the metal most of the other elements resemble, The shiny lighting/shading on them obscures the hard-cut corners on them, making them look like very round corners at a glance, while nothing else in this visual style looks . Secondly, the Explorer navigation buttons and hover/selected frames for list and tree items look like they're rounded and made of some kind of glass, and the lighter-coloured line underneath them makes them look like they're trying to protrude from a very shiny surface...except that that surface itself looks completely matte, which doesn't make any sense. Finally, the CheckBoxes and Radio Buttons...while they do look fairly metallic, they seem to ditch the outlines entirely, opting instead for shading which looks far more realistic than anything else in this style, and completely out-of-place as a result.
I'm not expecting any action to be taken according to my feedback ofc, I just figured I'd share my two cents in case you were interested in that sort of thing or whatever. Overall, while there is some room for improvement IMO, I still think this is still one of your best - and most coherent - Visual Styles.
