Softdawn was happy. At the latest clan-meeting, her sister became a warrior. 'Settingsea..It matches her.' The small warrior thought. She approached her sister with a warm smile. "Congratulations, Settingsea." She purred. They were warriors now, their sad past was now gone and away from them.

Softdawn blushed at the mention of having kits with her new mate. Not that she minded but it seemed a bit too soon for her. She doesn't remember telling her sister that they became mates. She gave her sister a little glare. "N-Now Settingsea, we're much too young for kits. N-Not that I don't mind having some.." Whispering the last sentence to herself. "B-Besides, me and Darkstripes are mates now."

Settingsea just laughed. "Oh Softdawn, can't you tell that I'm just teasing? I know that. And I heard that~" She laughed. "I already knew you two were mates, it was so obvious." She meowed, nudging her sister playfully. "I just hope your happy with him."

Softdawn's attention was taken when she heard that her sister had her eyes on a tom. A little protectiveness bubbled inside her stomach, but she forced herself to not have tone in her voice telling that she was protective. "Really? Who is it?" She asked, making it sound like she was curious.

Tinderpaw, that name echoed in her head. She remembered that apprentice, she remembered watching the sun rise with him back when she was an apprentice. He seemed suitable for her sister, much more suitable then what she thought of her sister's best friend as an apprentice. "I see.." She hummed. "I can see you two together. There is still hope Settingsea." She laid her tail on her sister's shoulder.

'Well I feel a bit over-protective, but Tinderpaw better watch himself if Settingsea's heart turns broken..' She thought rather darkly before heading towards the other warrior.

Settingsea had turned to see if her older littermate was following, when she noticed Softdawn's face turn dark. She quickly shook it from her mind as she approached. "Where do you wanna go?"

Softdawn thought a while. It was lately getting warmer and since the smaller she-cat has a rather thick coat, she thought of a place where she could cool off and get prey. "How about the river?" She suggested. However a little thought slipped into her mind, being reminded that it was divided the Featherclan border with Sparkclan border, and Featherclan and Sparkclan haven't been on it's best terms as of lately.

Not like that helped Softdawn from worrying after what her sister had to experience with her leg being broken. She just hoped and prayed that nothing bad will happen over this little hunting trip. "Well alright." She meowed unsurely as she begun to pad her way towards the forest entrance.

Softdawn looked up and a bright ray of light quickly shined in her eyes. It was sunny alright. The light blinded her for a few seconds when she closed and looked back at the ground level. "Yep..It sure is sunny." She groaned. "Why did I look up anyways?" She asked herself, blinking away a dark circle that appeared when she looked up.
