Yup Thats just Queen Chrysalis who is apparently homeless now and every homeless pony goes to Everfree Forest I guess
She was just taking care of her people!
P.S. I'm sorry its too dark for some of you but changing it too much would break the effect and making black character in a dark forest isn't easy. Just fix your screen settings

You did such an awesome job of making a villain identifiable. She went from being a character that was nothing but evil to totally pulling my heart strings. I would like to know more about the figure standing next to the tree in the background though. That little touch definitely added the creepy factor to this for me.

Well, personally, I am open to the idea that they do have a homeland where they herald from and that Chrysalis herself does have a permanent residence there, like a palace. But that's just me.

Even when Chrysalis was in a state where it would have been easy to negotiate they only decided to fight, which kinda goes against the whole "Love and tolerate the shit out of everypony" thing they got going on.

It was a full scale invasion, they even abducted and impersonated royalty. The ponies response to this was perfectly reasonable. If Chrysalis wanted to negotiate, she wouldn't have taken hostile and deceptive measures to sneak into Canterlot, she would have approached Celestia formally.Β
