Yep. In early production of TLK2, there were going to have crystals under the termite mounds but scrapped it (as you said). I got the original idea from Rinja who included it in one of her stories and I decided to make my own twist on it.

Looks great! All of these pages look so beautiful in color, I just love seeing how they turned out after I already saw the rough sketch versions. ^^
BTW, you forgot the comma after "children". It should read, "Alright children, settle down." Not a big deal, but I just wanted to point it out... I could've swore that was one of the things I edited in the original script. Sorry.
