Oh look. It's HIM! I finally figured out the villain for 'Brittany The Elf Girl'! This is Dr. Voltage, the demonic scientist.

Dr. Voltage himself is unhinged, evil, and is absolutely no one to mess with. Once a decade, he would kidnap someone, and bring him to his lair, and keep them till the end of the decade. And he never gets recognized. If the victim behaves, he let's them go. But if not, he kills them. Yeah, a pretty threatening guy we have here. When he was young, he was struck by lightning. But, instead of dying, he became mentally ill, and crazy. Now, he's a demonic scientist, combining both brawn and brain.

Appearance:

Dr. Voltage has Khaki-toned skin, white hair that's messy, a big white beard on his chin, and has a stocky build. He wears glasses, with one lens zoomed into his eye, and the other zoomed out, a black lab coat with purple buttons and blood on the sleeves, a red T-shirt under the coat, purple pants, and red shoes. He would put a snarly grin on his face.
