the face and eyes are haunting. It really feels like they're looking out.
I like the sketch like feel and how it manages to maintain such quality.

The image as a whole feels a bit too blurry. I know you chose brushes that created that effect, but it makes you strain like those blurry t-shirts that always have something about being drunk written on them. I think a little hard contrast would help bring your character out. Either make the backgroud fuzzy and the character sharper, or the background sharp and the character fuzzy...but not both.
Then again, what the hell do I know?

i see why you wanted full view before comment. everything looks great to me (specially the brushstrokes, kinda looks hand-painted), the teeth are a bit too white though, i mean if she just finished bleeding people dry (not much pun intended) then those teeth would be soaked in blood. just a thought, exceptional work though i must say
