So, I decided to a little testing on colouring style to see if I could spend less time on the colouring and be more productive overall. Not sure I'm thrilled with the outcome, but it looks okay. I definitely need more practise at this cell shading thing if I'm going to do more of it in the future.
Let me know what you think compared to the previous version, would be good to know if I'm wasting my time with all the 'detail' or if a simpler approach would be just as good.
Of course, being able to switch out colours only gave me ideas...

Yeah, I think motivation is one of my main issues in making more work. Finding a way to simplify and produce more work for the same effort should help keep me motivated, drawing more, getting better... what's the opposite of a viscious cycle? Yeah, that.
I definitely need to look at some studies, for shading in general as well as cell shading. We'll see where it goes.
