Not a bad picture. 
I didn't know about SCP-354 until I looked at this picture, but it's very much one of the SCPs I'm particularly interested in.
SCP-354-2 looks particularly disturbing to me, with its featurelessness and how it looks like it's crawling towards the D-Class personnel facing it - it reminds me of the Carnictis in 'King Kong' 2005. It's a shame we can't get a clear picture of what the 'Terminator' SCP-354-18 really looks like with how it's mostly camouflaged (just spotted it now 
The setting itself looks pretty amazing, not least because of how the blood and the snow go together, and I love how creative you've gotten with all the scattered deaths and mutilations. It also fits with the ground how the sky above the snow-white treetops is crimson - one point of constructive criticism I have is, the whiteness of the snow looks a bit too stark in contrast to what the sky's colour would probably suggest about lighting.

If you mixed it with Mad Max or Killing Floor. More than a half of the SCP´s died due to firearms (or a sledgehammer wielded by a brave doctor) and the ones that were bulletproof weren´t explosive proof or fireproof at all).

my theory: This SCP is in fact just a form of gate of some interdimensional plain(s) just like SCP 860. Scp 682 and other animalistic Scps were originated from this dimension, where the hates of the human dimension are collected, causing them to evokve into extremelly hostile lifeforms.
