Description
A ministerial is a servant of a medieval lord. In my case, the living history character "Willehelmus" is a servant of the bishop of Utrecht, and oversees the raising and gathering of taxes and goods for the lord, administering lower justice and fighting. (Among other things)10th-11th century.
