Question: how do you get the "shiny-light" look to it? People told me to mess with the luminosity button or something but that just changes the color I used....cute by the way ^-^ I would really appreciate the help

well i'm creating duplicate layers, then starting to use balancing colors and blur in that different "duplicate layers" and of course the layer should be in multiply mode or dodge or anything... [mmm i'm kinda hard to say it in english... i'm sorry if i can't explain it in a good way]
