Octophantom is responsible for some graffiti,and for some reason that made me think of that time when someone hung up a Lite-Brite image of Err,one of the Mooninites from Aqua Teen Hunger Force.Not graffiti,but whatever.This is a good episode.Octophantom has a few genuinely funny moments,but in the Megazord Battle,he's downright immature,even putting his hands up to either side of his head and going"Na-na-na-na-na!"
