Great atmosphere to this shot! I like how the woman brings the whole thing a bit off balance, it adds to it. Her movement is nice.

Hmmm... This picture is good because it kind of alianates the veiwer as well as draws them in. Perhaps something you could have done, is rotated the image a little to make it seem a little more aligned? The overall image seems to be at a very slight angle and I think that's what has made it seem a little odd, especially against the lines of your border.
The only other thing I can think of is the woman in the corner. Was she purposly put out of focus or was she moving? It seems a little bit like as the only living thing in the picture, i think she either needs a little more attention in the image or perhaps a little less, perhaps by cropping her out of the picture or having her sitting in a more neutral position.
I do like the colours and the stairs and picture of the man in the middle of the picture, it creates a nice focus.
Overall, a good picture, despite the possible little tweeks. Nicely done and composed
