This is Genshin Impact fan design, Diamond travels through the game world called Teyvat in search of a way to Snezhnaya, nation of snow and ice (waiting for its release haha)

Main name: Diamond, or shortly Dia. Her birth given name is Dezigre but is only known and used by her Harbingers masters

Vision: pyro (fire). What is vision stone? - stone granting powers to summon specific element in battle.

Delusion: anemo (wind). What is delusion? - special stone granting ability to summon the power of another element. For Diamond it also grants shifting into anemo form (ref is not done yet)

Character: quiet, optimistic and eager to explore nature beauty. But when angered she can also tear to shreds
